QUALITY CONTROL AND HANDOVER
Checks by discipline.
Final inspection before dispatch.
At the end of manufacture, the quality lead conducts the final inspection, supported by separate checks of key trades and a documented pre-dispatch checklist.
Separate inspections
Electrical, plumbing, welding, doors and windows, and general workmanship are checked separately.
Pre-dispatch checklist
A final checklist is completed before the unit is dispatched.
Site adjustments
Fine adjustments can be made at the customer’s site during installation.
Joint handover
Final acceptance is completed together with the customer.

EGEBOX organises transport; the transport cost is borne by the customer. Crane services are supplied by an external provider.
